You can get support anywhere on the site by messaging the automated Help Chat and live support agents.

The Help Chat tool is located in the top right corner of the navigation bar. A user starts a conversation with the automated help chat and it responds.

  1. Click the Question mark icon (or Help Chat bubble) at the top right of the navigation bar. Or find it at the bottom right of the page before you log in.

  2. Type some keywords that describe what you need help with.

  3. The automated Help Chat replies with helpful links.

  4. Rephrase your question if you’re shown no solutions or if the solutions don't seem to address your issue.

  5. If you're still having issues, click I’d prefer to speak with a live agent, or type any similar phrase to request to speak to someone.

When chatting with the live agent:

  1. Click the paperclip icon to upload screenshots of your issue.

  2. When the conversation ends, the live agent will close the conversation and return you to the automated Help Chat.

If you experience any issues with the automated or live chat, try typing a keyword like exit, back, or quit. This resets the Help Chat.
