User information reports

Query name	What it reports
Unique users	All users registered on the site. Includes their first and last name, email, company, and tags.
Duplicate user Emails	Email addresses that are used for more than one user.
Magic links	Reports a list of the latest magic links sent to users. Useful for helping users troubleshoot.

Private meeting reports

Query name	What it reports
Private meetings	Details about each private meeting scheduled on the site. It might include the meeting name, start time, number of attendees, and user ID information of the creator and attendees.
Private meetings count	Lists individual users, then counts the total number of private meetings they created.
Private meetings ratings	Star ratings and written reviews of private meetings. Includes user ID information of the reviewer.

Video progress reports

These reports include the User ID information of each person who watched a video, and how much of the video they watched.

Query name	What it reports
Video progress by tag	Progress on videos with a specific tag. One tag might pull videos from multiple places around your site, like videos from exhibitor suites, on-demand content, or lessons.
Video progress by bucket	Progress on videos in a specific content bucket. Buckets are how content is usually grouped on your site, like Live sessions, On-demand, and Lessons.
Video progress by bucket and tag	Progress on videos with a specific tag and in a specific bucket.
Who watched what and for how long	Progress on all videos on the site.

Unique visitors reports

These reports include the User ID information of each person who visited a page. This doesn’t include navigation pages that link to multiple pieces of content, like the home page or the full list of exhibitors.

Query name	What it reports
Unique visitors by content slug	Unique visitors to a single page.
Unique visitors by bucket ID	Unique visitors to all pages within a content bucket, like Live sessions, On-demand, or Lessons.

User engagement reports

Query name	What it reports
User program completion	When users started and ended a track, and how much of it they completed.
User course completion (legacy version)	When users started and ended each lesson in a track, and how much of it they completed.
User info + overall engagement	For each individual user, counts the total number of: Sessions scheduled and joined, pages visited, times logged in, and messages sent and received. Includes user ID information.
Question answers with content	Answers to all questions on the site. Includes user ID information.
Reviews	Gets a list of all pieces of content that were reviewed by a user. Lists the user, their rating, and their text review.

Combined exhibitor suite reports

These reports combine information from all exhibitor suites. Exhibitors can also individually download analytics from their suite.

Query name	What it reports
Total poll/response report for all exhibitor pages	Answers to all questions in exhibitor suites. Includes user ID information.
Total click log for all exhibitor pages	Each time a user clicked a link in an exhibitor suite. Includes user ID information.
Total comments log for all exhibitor pages	All comments made in exhibitor suites. Includes user ID information.
Total complete button clicked for all exhibitor pages	User ID information of each person who clicked the complete button in an exhibitor suite.
Overall Traffic	Number of unique views and number of total views for each exhibitor suite.
TOTAL unique users for all exhibitor pages	User ID information of everyone who visited each exhibitor suite.
Total activity log for all exhibitor pages	Each time a user completed any action an exhibitor suite. Includes user ID information.
Total download log for all exhibitor pages	Each time a user clicked download in an exhibitor suite. Includes user ID information.
