Auto enroll users into Community Groups

Clients now have the ability to auto-enroll their users into community groups based on tags and/or actions. This feature allows for synced integration, ensuring users are added to relevant groups.

Actions

Users can be auto-enrolled by performing specific actions, such as clicking "Attend" on a session. This automatically adds the user to a group for continued conversation.

Tags

Auto-enrollment is also possible through tags. Declare tags on users to enroll them in the corresponding community groups.

Contact your CSM to ensure the process is set up correctly.
