A real-time counter and attendee list now shows exhibitors who's “in their suite.” This helps exhibitors reach out proactively to make one-on-one connections and generate leads.
Visitors and exhibitors can now connect in a group chat
You can also add a group chat to exhibitor suite pages so visitors can participate in a live group discussion. This gives exhibitors the power to make introductions and generate more leads. The group chat functionality includes:
Any exhibitor representative can moderate the exhibitor chat sessions.
An icon displays how many representatives are currently active in exhibitor chat.
Visitors can chat with exhibitors.
Exhibitors can click on visitors' profiles to learn more about them.
Exhibitors can send a direct message to visitors on their page.
Exhibitors can start a one-on-one call with visitors.
Bring speakers on stage
In sessions, moderators, speakers, or administrators can now enable the video and audio of other speakers and moderators who haven’t come on stage yet. This allows moderators to bring speakers on stage if necessary. They can find this function by clicking on the session’s attendee counter.
