Screen sharing with multiple monitors
If you’re planning to share a presentation during a session, use these instructions to prepare ahead. First, set up your slide show. Then once you’re in the session, share your entire screen, application window, or browser tab.

Before you begin Set up your slide show for screen sharing
You can set up your slide show on its own monitor and keep the session open on a second monitor.
Open your presentation in PowerPoint or WPS.
Select the Slide Show tab
Click Set Up Slide Show
Select Presented by a speaker (full screen)
Select the monitor to display the slide show on
Click OK and start slide show
If notes are needed, add a check mark to Use Presenter View
If needed resize / reposition the speaker screen
Open the desired Keynote presentation on the monitor/screen you wish to share on
In the File bar, click Play
From the dropdown, click Play Slideshow
Begin sharing your screen in Juno
Open the desired Google Slides presentation
Click the Present button
Share your entire screen
Click the Screen Share icon
Click on the desired screen
Click Share
To stop sharing click the Screen Share icon again
If you are sharing a video make sure the Share audio is checked
Right-click Windows Icon (Start Menu)
Select System
Click Display (to the left of the main window)
Click the Screen Share icon
Use the drop-down to select the desired screen, window, or application
To stop sharing click the Screen Share icon again
Make note of the screen layout (It will be needed later)
Firefox does not allow audio sharing. If you need to share a video with audio please use Chrome
Sharing an application window
Click the Screen Share Icon
Select the desired Application Window
Click Share
To stop sharing click the Screen Share icon again
Make sure the desired Application Window is not minimized (minimized windows will not show up)
Make sure the desired Application Window is not minimized (minimized windows will not show up)
Click the Screen Share icon
Use the drop-down to select the desired application
Click Share
To stop sharing click the Screen Share icon again
Firefox does not allow audio sharing. If you need to share a video with audio, please use Chrome.
Share a browser tab
Click the Screen Share Icon
Click Chrome Tab
Select the desired tab from the list
Click Share
To stop sharing click the Screen Share icon again
If you are sharing a video make sure the Share audio is checked

Share a video with audio (Chrome or Edge only)
Click the Screen Share Icon
Select the desired Screen
Click Share audio (Lower left of Share Window) to add a checkmark
Click Share
To stop sharing click the Screen Share icon again
